He is walking a man on a leash, and the man is entirely nude except for a gas mask, boots and socks, a cuff on each wrist, and a collar on his neck which the leash attaches to. He walks on all fours ahead of the skeleton, his penis erect, pulling the leash chain taught.

This drawing goes so hard lmao. Constantly getting a kick out of this image. An old drawing (which I thought was actually much older) that I didn't have any digital record of (aside from a censored Facebook post) for a long time until I found an uncensored version stashed away on Newgrounds, and eventually found the original hiding in a notebook as well. I wish my composition skills had been better at the time, the cut off bottom and narrow margin on the right edge are how the actual image is, not poor digital cropping. Signature added digitally because no other signature was in the original image.
